Child Safety Standards
Hidri Family, the family-tree app at family.myhidri.com operated by Hidri LLC, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Who uses Hidri
Hidri is a private family tree for invited families. Accounts are for adults aged 18 or older. Family photos may show children, as any family album does. Each photo is seen only by close family and by Hidri’s operator, who keeps the app safe.
What is never allowed
- Any sexual image, video or text involving anyone under 18 (CSAM).
- Sexualising a child in any way, including comments, captions and stories.
- Grooming, soliciting or contacting a child for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or sharing links to such material.
How to report
In the app, choose Report… on any photo, comment, memory or voice note. It is hidden from you at once and goes to the family’s admins and to Hidri. You can also Block… anyone from their menu. Or email support@myhidri.com.
If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.
What we do
- Review every report within 24 hours.
- Remove child sexual abuse material as soon as we find it.
- Remove the access of anyone who shares it.
- Report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, and to regional and national authorities wherever the law requires, and cooperate with law enforcement.
