Everyone here can sign in. Revoking is reversible — they stay in the tree and get access back when you re-add their email or phone.
Review every tree and any disconnected sub-groups within a tree. Delete non-canonical trees or stray groups to keep the family network clean. Take a backup first — deletions cannot be undone.

Nothing is written until you approve the preview, which names every person it would change. Lineage isn’t offered on purpose — a chain is built from the names above it, so a value typed into it is erased by the next rebuild. Fix the ancestor’s Name and every chain carrying it is repaired.
Floating user records (users without a place in the tree) are tracked here.
Bulk-fill each person's City / State / Country. The phone-derived region is only a suggestion — click use phone to accept it, or type your own. Edit inline, then Save all.
Match your WhatsApp contacts against people in your tree. Approved matches save the phone number to each Person node, so family members can log in via WhatsApp magic link without you sending an individual invite. Contacts you don't recognise are left unmatched.
Paste it anywhere. Everyone still proves their email before they see anything.
Read-only links created from a person's Share button. Monitor how often and from how many devices each was opened, and revoke here.
Worth a nudge — a wrong address on their record is the usual cause.
Tap anyone to see how they got in and what they've done.
Their email or phone was already on their record. Remove access if it wasn't them.
Their sign-in email was never used to log in, but an older one was — the signature of a login email overwritten by an import. Restore it, or add it as a second address so both work.
Upload a Google Contacts CSV export. It deciphers each contact's primary cell (Mobile/Cell) and primary home email, matches names to people in this tree, and lets you review before applying. Phone numbers are standardized; blank fields are left unchanged.
